I decided to search the words urban culture and realized that my search did not come back as I would have liked it to. So with that said, Urban Culture has been around for decades since sky high afros and have evolve from just representing African American culture to being a representatitive for people of all nationalities, we have stamped stated and stayed only to excel in all crafts and canvas this dull world with our colorful and aristic way of thinking. "They should thank us".... It is fact that there is an elite sub culture inside the urban areas in which some would see from the outside.

Finding Your Passion

Passion is critical to happiness and although I have found no large studies done on the effects of passion on peopleís health and happiness, but it has been shown that happier people live longer.

Finding your passion is not an easy task. If it was, more people would be following their hearts and living out their dream life. I recently decided to take the plunge and start pursuing one of my passions, which is writing and helping people improve their lives.

I initially ran into a lot of fear and mental blocks, but I decided to keep going even though I felt confused and scared. Sometimes we have to accept the uncomfortable so we can move towards what we really want.

If you havenít read about the worldís oldest case study on happiness, you might want to check it out, because it can really open your eyes and remind you that it is the simple things in life that improve your health and happiness.
